I enjoy it. But i think it doesn't live to the hype. The first attack to Ginza was the peak of the whole movie, the rest is... kind of corny. VFX are weird, it can go from awesome to cringe and vice versa very quickly.

The acting was average but oh boy! The CGI for a 10m+ budget is way better than Marvel!

Good start, slow in the middle, but end beautifully!

The Japanese version has what the American version lacks, human interaction. Never would have thought a Godzilla movie was this emotional (especially the ending). It starts well, but the pacing becomes slower in the middle (to the point I got bored), I'm so glad I stuck to the end, it's absolutely worth the time!

For 10m+ budget film, the CGI is amazing!

Way better than Marvel's movies with 200m+ budgets! (*I just hope they paid their visual effects crews tho...)

The protagonist is annoying and sometimes throws cringe dialogues. Also, I think it's a plotehole that he found Noriko in a huge city near Godzilla in that situation. He couldn't have predicted that. Nevertheless, this is the best Monster movie I have ever watched. Why can't Hollywood produce something like this? The Godzilla (2014) movie had a budget of 160 million USD. This one only had 10-12 million USD. That movie is a joke in front of this one. read more
